Let Go + Live Lush in Lake George

Relaxing+ sunning on our private lake, we sat beneath the full moon and burned away our sufferings, welcomed in the light and energy of Mother Nature and our own power, laughed and kayaked, danced and bonded, nourished with local vegetarian food made by our private chef, and had a joyful time!

I always walk away from practice with you renewed and reawakened.  What I took away from this last retreat is a tremendous confidence in the universe and in my inner resources. You took such great care of all of us and I truly felt each got what she needed. I also gained compassion for the people I encounter, myself included-VK, NY
